Overall, it was a poor experience. It was a very typical, apathetic approach to negotiating the deal based on the condition of the vehicle and the salesman left us sitting at his desk for 45 minutes only to return and say he could not budge on the price despite assurance we planned to pay for it in full. However, a week later I received an email from them saying the price magically dropped.

1999 Lexus *MINT* with 64k miles! Typically as a business model we price very aggressively so we do not negotiate prices. As far as the amount of time you spent in the office I apologize, We have been short-handed since COVID and were overwhelmed that morning, Which is not your problem and can understand your frustration if it was truly 45 mins back and forth. Truth is the person helping you was an extra body to help out. If the price lowered and you were notified I'm glad, As of today it is still available! When it comes to getting more details on vehicles we always try to be a quick as possible, We always strive to give our customers as much information as possible to make things as transparent as possible throughout a car sale. I'm sorry we didn't get you detailed videos fast enough. When it comes to interest rates, Score is not the only factor. Vehicle year and miles plays sometimes an even bigger factor. You have great credit, But a 2006 truck with 120k+ miles is going to bump up the rate no matter the credit. I am sorry you had this experience and I have tried to reach you multiple times to try make things rite where you feel we wronged you. Blessings.

I was very interested in a vehicle, it took sometime for the dealer to get back with me, stated he had been very busy. I had some questions about the soft top for the 200 SL 500 that was not shown in the pictures. I was finally sent pictures of the hard top removed. I was later told they had sent the vehicle to the shop to get the soft top checked out. Never heard back from them, dont know if they sold the vehicle or it cost to much to repair. I well know, repairs to a SL500 hydraulic top are very expensive. Either way it way, it would have been nice to have been advised rather than just ignored.
