We worked with Nay and she was fantastic! In fact, everyone that we worked with was top notch. When we first inspected the car we pointed out some items (a small dent and some scratches/chips) to Nay but really did not think any more about them once we purchased the car. When test driving the car my husband pointed out that the steering wheel was a little off when driving straight. This did not cause an issue with the performance of the car but it was something that my picky husband noticed. Again once we purchased the car we didn't think anything of it. There were also some scratches in the interior that were noted but it was a used car so we were okay fixing them on our own. My husband called Nay a few days after we purchased the car to see if she could give us a price on replacing a few interior pieces and we were asked to bring the car back because the parts were in. We honestly had no idea what the parts were but obliged. We thought they were the interior items we had noted (these items were a few hundred dollars). When we picked the car back up, the Hendrick dealership had fixed the dent and scratches on the exterior, but the interior was not fixed. My husband called back Nay to find out what parts they had ordered (just curious as we had already gotten more than we had expected with the repairs to the body) and was told that due to the steering wheel issue my husband had noted, they had replaced all the brakes and rotors and had realigned the car. What a pleasant surprise! I cannot recommend this dealer enough!

They waisted my time. I did a couple months research on the jeep I wanted, then checked online and found one that checked all the boxes, at this dealership. I was contacted right away by 2 agents, I choose to correspond with Matt, because he sent me a video of the car. I explained Id be traveling, but loved the car, we set up an appointment for me to see it 5 days later. Felix followed up and confirmed the appointment. At no point did either of them ask if I wanted to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle or even pre qualify for the vehicle, before I got there. Which I would have been open to, since I was ready to buy. I just wanted to test drive first. I got there for my apmt, only to find out a walk-in customer came in looking for a jeep and was test driving mine out of the massive inventory they have at that dealership. I assumed wrongly that I would get first dibs on the jeep, since wed been in correspondence all week, and they were aware that I was only interested in that particular vehicle. After 3 hrs of stalling and pushing me on a new guy to baby sit me essentially, I was told walk-in bought my car. Then The baby sitter was instructed to show me something else. I was livid!!! I spoke to the manager, Felix, who said he wanted the car, so..... I asked him if I was ever considered during that transaction. I told him that I should have also had an opportunity to bid for the car, since they knew I was coming specifically for that car. He shrugged his shoulders.
I walked out.
