Talked with a salesman, was shown a walk around video, saw that the vehicle was badly scratched and the tires were completely dry rotted to the point of disintegration and almost completely bald that they looked like they wouldnt survive the highway ride home and he still didnt really want to come down off the price then I asked about a feature on the car and was told I would be contacted the next day which never happened then later on that week was told that the vehicle was no longer for sale due to an issue with the check engine light and would not be available til he found out what the issue was, but thankfully I ended up going with another choice that was a gmc that was newer, cleaner and cheaper from another dealership, I couldnt be happier so thanks for that reds

I was shocked to see this review. We were upfront right from the start that this Traverse was in need of tires and had some touched up scratches on the body. That is why I insisted on sending you multiple videos of car and I agreed to take money off the purchase price. Also when a issue came up while I was in the car I immediately contacted you to let you know that I didnt feel comfortable selling the car. All in the effort to save you a trip from out of state and a potential problem with this car.
