Have been in touch with Kyle at Redemption Auto Sales, and while I bought a car elsewhere, I really wanted to buy from Redemption. Kyle went beyond helpful, volunteering information that usually has to be requested from the dealer. The primary reason we bought elsewhere was due to color of interior, (my wife's choice) and it's her car. I do recommend Redemption Auto Sales to my friends and family.

At time of purchase salesman Kyle was very kind. I purchased a 24 month extended warranty due to this used vehicle. Sold as is. I had the vehicle delivered for a charge of 300.00 as well. I have put approx. 20 miles on the vehicle in which I had to have it jumped 4 times. I called Kyle to let him know the vehicle is not performing (does not start) He could care less. He just said "it was sold as is and your silver lining is you bought an extended warranty, and your out of pocket expense will only be 100.00 deductible." So I paid top dollar, have driven it 20 miles total and it will now cost an additional 100.00 out of pocket not to mention the inconvience of a vehicle I can not drive until repaired. I took it to auto zone to have them check the battery. It came back ok. They tested the alternator three times. All three tests failed. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Quite the opposite. Run. Run away as fast as you can. All they wanted is to make a buck, no integrity. They knew there were problems with the electrical system and could have cared less selling the vehicle anyway. Disappointed beyond measure. It is now going to be towed to Toyota service in my area tomorrow morning. Again will be without use of vehicle for? days.
