There is no office for customers to enter to sit down to discuss the car and it's info. I stood in the entrance area and waited for someone to acknowledge my presence from behind a closed door. I found this a bit odd and uncomfortable. While this could be a good used car lot I would not be comfortable buying a car from here. I would want more interaction.

Horrible customer service. The price was one quote online but $500 more when we got there (for the lot fee which other dealerships include in the price) plus another $2000 to $3000 if we wanted it cleaned up and the seatbelt fixed. Ridiculous.
