I went for my oil change and inspection. Failed inspection due to a small tear in the windshield wiper (which wipers were less than 3 months old). Service has always been great - I just feel like they are slipping a bit. this is the 2nd time I have been failed for windshield wipers??? (which they wanted $70 to replace!)

Everyone in service was friendly one of the guys in service opened my car door for me so I could exit my car. The wait for the oil change was about as expected. Everyone on the show room floor was polite and asked if I needed anything. I'm very happy with my experience Radleys is the only place I will take my car.

Radley doubled the price per q I article of oil ($24.54 per quart) and the very young techs. Never used anything to protect the sides of my Corvette and then they left oily fingerprints on the console cover and steering wheel and also left the windows down parked next to a road so all the road dust could come in! Worst experience I have ever had at the dealership!

Super QUICK oil change and service done. Everyone was supper nice and professional!! The only reason I didn't give 5 star, is I thought during oil change fluids are topped off? I could be wrong, but my dex-cool is low and wasn't filled. If they would've had to charge me that would've been fine.

Well came in for a 30k service that they schedule me for. After the service was done I thought to myself that it seemed really early of a service. So I checked my owner manual and there is nothing in there for a 30k service. Actually gm has a service bulletin up about dealerships doing this and that they are against this. So radley scammed me out of my money for this that they are calling a 30k service for your vehicle.

The service great as usual when I take my vehicle there. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was actually because of Chevrolet not the dealership. In short order, the part I needed to fix my vehicle was discontinued. My vehicle is only 10 years old! Why discontinue a part that is used over several models and years of this vehicle already discontinued with no replacement? I had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed.
