From the time I entered the representatives were very friendly. We talked about what I wanted and the cost for my budget. They had to order the tires. I came back the next day day to have the tires placed on my car. It didn't take long to put the tires on. I would recommend RNR tire express to anyone.

They helped me get into the tires I wanted and found financing that worked for me. Beth was awesome to work with. My only complaint is that they seemed understaffed in the service bay. Not that it was the technicians fault (because he was the only one working) but it took from 9:30a to 1p to get my tires and alignment done.

Bought new tires and tpms sensors. They did a good job, but they were having to work a new system that day. They ended up doing the contract after pulling my car into the bay instead of beforehand. I was not too happy about that because I couldn't change my mind after seeing the paperwork.
This company is like any finance company that doesn't check credit: merchandise is collateral, meaning you better make every payment on time, even though they say there isn't interest or a finance fee, there is. The interest gets tacked on at the end of twelve months, which for my purchase shouldn't even be twelve months, much less longer. They set me up for $25 weekly for 78 weeks. Considering they can take your wheels off if you get behind even one payment, I'm paying off within 3 months. I'm not chancing it when the total bill is less than $600.
The employees were friendly though, but you need to give them a hard time for any special requests. Like saving the best current tire for a future spare and where to put it. I almost had a fit because my tire request wasn't communicated with the mechanic. Luckily he was able to find it after placing it on the disposal pile.
Despite all of this, it was still a good experience. Less than 2 hrs from the time I walked in to service completion (I did give the information they needed and a payment the day before so it was less time for this day). Also, customer care package and roadside included for 1 year, makes it a bonus perk.
I would suggest calling on the day of your scheduled appointment if you have wonky tire sizes though. Make sure that they still have them in stock before you go all the way over there to get them.
