Car was in poor condition-been wrecked and not fixed properly. To repair would be $3k but they wouldn't take inky take $500 off. They knew I was coming and the car had a tire that was really low and off balance driving. Test drive it and the weather strips were so bad the sound of air coming in was pretty bad.

Excellent service. Very expedient and fair. David was very informative and knowledgeable with the financing, and Molly was like the "drug" LOL, she was friendly, but very efficient and thorough. And I can't say enough of Louis their service mechanic! He is a detective, mechanically inclined!! Very knowledgeable .Highly recommend.

Im very unhappy with my experience with Queen motors they change the selling price of the car a d didnt tell us they added 3k to the selling price and didnt tell us a d now we are traped in a contract where they lied and changed numbers. The car was filthy the key fob didnt work there was dirty feet prints in front and back of the car the the outlet for phones to plug into dont work im sure theres more but ive only had it 3 days SO PLEASE DONT GO THERE THEY LIE AND STEAL and i wasnt the only upset person there when i went there to ask questions about my junk mobile again dont go to queen motors

This place is in a terrible part of town, did not feel safe. First red flag. I drove all the way out there and struggled to find parking in their jam packed lot with very few selections. I finally go in and ask about the car which I made an appointment to see 3 days before. The first guy interrupts me mid sentence and says "I'm on lunch bro." Cool, whatever. Could've been nicer about it but I get it. Then I ask someone else and he tells me they sold it 5 days ago. Why schedule an appointment and test drive for a car you don't have? I left an an hour later my appointment time passed, no one even called or texted to ask if I was still coming in, I was clearly not a priority to them. I ended up buying a used car that was way way nicer than the one I looked at here for the same exact price from Honda West off of Sahara and Rainbow. Screw these guys, Queen Motorcars is a joke.
