The original sales person was terrible. We made a deal on the phone and the next day when I arrived to make the purchase the car was not detailed (they never did) and the steering wheel was 45 out of alignment! Was a fight to get it fixed. Then he left and I worked with other staff there who were great. Still, car listed as certified pre owned but they wouldn't honor that warrant, the floor mats were missing and there was only 1 key. Fortunately, I love the car and feel like I got a great deal in spite of the original salesman.

Sorry, this will be long. I feel I got the slick willy treatment on a used car. Salesperson was friendly, but pushy-friendly. I really liked the car. Salesman said he could knock off $400, but then came back saying his manager would not approve that, but he said he "really wanted" me to have the car and made it sound like a cut would be taken out of his commission, and he agreed to take $300 off. Slick. He pressured me to wire the money immediately, which I did, on a Friday afternoon. The contract would be sent to me overnight so I'd get the documents the following week. I was really really excited about getting the car, and again started looking at the pictures of my new baby. I noticed something odd in the pictures, but when I pushed for information on an apparent tear in the front seat leather based on a picture I saw, the salesman either feigned ignorance or he didn't realize there was a tear. It was covered up by a plastic seat cover that the dealership placed over the seat. We went back and forth via text. He took pictures of the seats with the seat covers on, and insisted there wasn't a tear. When I told him to take the seat covers off, there were crickets. I lost confidence; if the salesperson didn't know there was a physical fault in the vehicle, what else wasn't he telling me? Ultimately, I decided to pass on the purchase and I contacted the sales manager. I understood that his job was to sell me the car, but when I told him that I had lost confidence in the transaction, he agreed to refund me in full. A week later, I still don't have my refund. I would expect them to just wire the refund (minus the cost to ship the purchase docs me, of course) back to my bank, but the manager told me that a check would be mailed and that was apparently that was their accounting department's policy. It was an unfortunate experience. It enforced the stereotype of used car salesmen. I hope my full refund actually gets to me soon. I don't feel that this warrants a one or two star review at this point.
