Excellent service. I did have to wait for the Master Mechanic to come back from a schedule vacation, but I can't complain about that; everyone deserves a break. They fixed an open recall and did a multipoint inspection without me asking! That saves me time down the road! Any time I can leave a dealership for a repair job under $500, it's a win!

I made my oil change appointment online. I dropped it off that morning. I was greeted upon arrival, and told them I would be back to get my vehicle later in the morning. She said she would call when it was done. I said as long as you have it done by the time I come there's no need to call. I got back around the time I said, and it was all set and even washed. Great service and nicely remodeled dealership.

The van passed inspection so that's always a good start lol. Donna was great and answered my questions about inspections, I appreciate it very much. New faces lately every time I go but I've continued to receive great service. I'll be back for rear brakes.

This dealership has number 1 service. I walked in without an appointment and they immediately put me in to change my battery. They are so courteous and helpful. Never in all the 50+ years od owning an automobile have I received such wonderful caring service. I highly recommend them to any one looking for service.

Very happy that the brake parts came in for their suggested service/repair 5 weeks prior. Thank you. We had to take a hit on aftermarket parts for the repair from a local shop in order to maintain the oem quality part that was so hard to get from kia.

They are awesome. They went over and beyond what was asked of. They surprised me in having my winter tires put on. Their prices are very reasonable better then Berlin city Kia in Williston Vermont. If you need work done on your car. Go to Preston's Kia in Montpelier Vt. Ask for Nathan he is so nice and listens to you not interrupt u.
