Both their Carfax ad and their website indicates that they will bring the car to you for a test drive. This is the main reason I chose this car. The dealership told me that they had no one availalbe to bring the car and that I should come to them. Not even offering a date when someone was available. Very disappointed....and I will NOT be buying a car from them.

It worked out very well. I have no complaints whatsover. At the last moment, an issue arose but it as settled in a very amicable fashion and the dealership was most gracious. When the time comes, I will definitely look for a car @ Prestige in East Hanover

When I got to the dealership, I had to wait 20-25 minutes for the salesman despite having an appointment with him and arriving on time. The dealership was very good about letting me test drive the car on my own and take it to my private mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. However, when my mechanic found a couple of safety issues (brakes/suspension) that needed to be addressed either immediately or in the very near future, they disagreed with that assessment and were only willing to make a token adjustment to the price, which was a little high to begin with. So, I had to walk away from an otherwise very nice used vehicle. Also, the doc fees would have been nearly $1000 because they "are a luxury dealership."
