The car was exactly what we expected. Great value for the price. The Dealer was very friendly, relaxed and funny; treated us like we were family. Seemed to have all the time in the world to talk. It wasn't shown as is - the rims were severely damaged, the radio etc graphics broken, and the car smelled like mildew. It was a wasted time of 1.5 hrs I'll never get back.

I requested info about a 2009, all they wanted to sell were other cars, while I understand the car might not have been available, but it was still listed and they didn't say it wasn't available so I believe they are scamming.

Please learn to show some sympathy for family-owned businesses when you come up with FALSE accusations/negative reviews. "Scamming" is a strong word and we do not partake in such activity. This Subaru Forester was available and still is available so if you had inquired on this vehicle, we would have sold it to you and had no reason to try to sell any other car. Perhaps you've inquired on many Subarus and have confused us with another dealership, but we are certain that the event you've written about our dealership DID NOT happen. There is no logical reasoning behind us refusing to sell you a car that is available!

Didnt give much information on the car and it needed tires but wouldnt lower the asking price so I bought a car at another dealership that was more helpful and informative.

Hi Janet, we replace tires on all our cars if the mechanic informs us to, in accordance to state inspection laws. In this case, it does pass safety laws and still has a good amount of life left on the tires before needing to be replaced. We also abide by a no-haggle policy, so unfortunately we just couldn't make you satisfied because you wanted to negotiate. Additional information and questions are gladly given and answered at Premier Automart. Perhaps we did not know what specific information you were looking for since we had to make all efforts to even get you to test drive the car you came to look at.
