I recently bought a used car from Porsche Tulsa. After a month, I felt that the AC on the drivers side wasn't working. I brought it back & they added coolant. Now, it works great. This was done in a timely fashion. I'll continue to service my car there because the know the product.

The technicians were able to get to my van sooner than they thought and shade to fix the leaking fuel line before they could diagnose the engine lite problem which was a faulty air flow valve they were able to fix these quickly, but also found the engine and transmission mounts were cracked and replaced those as well it took longer than I wanted but I am pleased they got it all done

Workmanship was excellent. In person, all staff are wonderful. Phone communication on the other hand was poor. Over the course of the 13 days I called for an update and left messages which were not returned in a timely manner. There is no reason to call on Saturday, it only leads to frustration. Even with this issue, I will use the dealership again.

The service agent Lanna was very helpful, she had a loaner car fro me and when the routine service turned in to repairs, she explained everything to me.. the whole thing took serval days and she arranged for me to keep the loaner and go back home and come back days later when they wereable to get everything accomplished

The side intake trim piece was a little loose. They installed a new one but it wasnt 100% tight but better than before. They took the time to explain it and its normal for this vehicle. Its similarly loose like the passenger side intake. All is good.

The manager worked my van in as best he could. There was a lot of vans already in the works, They got it diagnoced and the parts ordered quickly. The getting the parts with all this stuff in the world going on, That was another story, but when they did get the parts they worked hard to get the van put together as soon as they could. I thank them for there hard work.

Basic routine service was excellent. Had to install an emissions recall and during the tear down, damaged a part that had to be ordered. Because of the weekend it took 4 days to get my car back. Provided a loaner car so it wasn't much of a problem. They communicated well and the final install went without any problems.

I had a vibrating sound coming from my car, it turned out to be my pike pass box which is mounted on my windshield, and one of the four suction cups had come loose and was vibrating on the windshield making the noise. That was an easy fix.... I just wish I would have figured it out before I took it to the Dealership.

The service was great, but the technician recommended new tires soon. That was out of line since these tires have only been rotated once, and on time and the alignment is spot on showing no unusual tire wear. He must be getting a commission on new tires.

Very impressed with support. My service issue was originally identified during a trip by another dealership. I scheduled the follow up service with Jackie Cooper and they prepared based off the previous service summary and went the extra mile and contacted the previous dealership to get a full understanding of the problem. This made the final service occur quickly and with no problems. I appreciate their extra effort.

I was thoroughly pleased with such great clean-up of the car, both inside and out! Having said that, I'm never really pleased with Jackie Cooper's overall. Having had five vehicles over the course of my 25+ years in Oklahoma, I had several issues and finally was forced to find someone who operates with integrity. It's a shame that JCI is the only dealer in Tulsa. At this point, I'm done; my next vehicle will be a Subaru.

Always a great experience. Thankfully this dealership considers the customer first, unlike the Mercedes of Littleton dealer in the Denver Market in Colorado. I don't know how that dealer stays in business the way their service department abuses it's customer base. I could write a book about them!
