Service was good, vehicle was serviced per request, however a recommendation was made, but there was no follow through as Pierre was going to contact us after checking into our extended warranty to see if it covered the recommendation, here we are two weeks later and we still haven't heard back from them.

Gio was great to work with both over the phone and in person. I was very impressed with the clean and modern facility that Pierre Ford has. The service technicians also went out of their way to make sure they thoroughly investigated the issues that needed to be inspected. Great job all around.

The whole experience was great. Especially the service advisor Zach. He was great. He took great care of me when I brought the Mustang in for a recall. When I brought it in for the service he jumped in and took care of me when the other guy was busy. I bought the car at Corwin but there service department sucks.

Every worker I encountered was extremely pleasant. The area where I waited was pleasant and had a phone charging port, which was nice. I didn't have a weight before they took my vehicle to check it. I like the way that you drive in and drive out of the building itself. The restroom was clean and close to the waiting area.

Have issues with pre-collision and speed control in our F150. Rather than just stick us for a $700+ module, they tried cleaning a sensor and went through many troubleshooting steps. It worked for about 30 miles and then stopped working again. Will ultimately replace the module, but we appreciated their attempt to save us some $$. Not sure many service departments would treat us as well. Got my vote.

My RV's engine went into low power mode half way through my trip. The service department put scheduled work aside to fix the issue which turned out to be difficult to diagnose. Parts were overnighted on two occasions and the issue was fixed so my wife and I could get back home safely! Thanks for the excellent and personal service!!
