Drew at intake, Mark the Owner and Lauren (sp) the mechanic took great care of me in repairing a coolant leak I HAD on my 2019 BMW X3. Always upfront on what's needed to REPAIR the issue and how much it will cost - I really appreciate feeling I can trust a mechanic. They are not just technicians, they are automotive mechanics who can repair and not only replace. That takes skill and know-how. Pete's is my choice when I don't need to visit the dealer.
