No pressure sales, very easy going people. See Mel or William at the Phoenix location near I -17 and Deer Valley They were able to get us in the car we wanted. They even went out of their way for us and picked us up at enterprise after we returned our rental car. They replaced the battery on one key fob and even washed the car, and put gas in the car before we took it home, and also had the vehicle inspected and oil changed. If you want to go somewhere that feels like a visit with friends, check them out. The process took less than 24 hours between applying and getting approved. You can do everything by phone, email and text instead of sitting in the office, but either way it's a no haggle, smooth process. They have nice quality used cars without the dealer fees. We bought a 2017 Nissan Murano with 6OK miles, and lots of bells and whistles! We love it. We definitely will use them again and recommend to friends and family.if you have credit issues, please don't go to drive time, your interest will be sky high. We have a lower payment now than we did with Drivetime.
