We had a verbal deal with Marucio (the manager) at One Stop in Yakima to purchase a red 2018 Subaru Outback (VIN ending in 1071) that we found on Carfax.com and they sold the car to someone else instead. My wife and I negotiated in good faith with Marucio on Thursday, 1/09/25 and we both agreed to a price. On Friday, 1/10/25 Marucio called me and we renegotiated on a slightly different deal on the same car. We agreed on this together and Marucio was going to get the final price with taxes, fees, etc to me so I could get a cashiers check. Instead, he called me a couple of hours later and told me he sold the car to someone else. This is bad business and bad salesmanship. They do not honor their promises and will lie to you in order to sell a car. I will never do business with One Stop Yakima again and recommend the same to others.
