I asked a few questions about a Tesla. My questions were never answered. I was told the salesman was busy. After 4?days I was contacted again and asked if I was satisfied. Agdin my questions were not answered. Very poor service.

They didn't notify me the car sold before my appointment, even though I emailed that morning confirming. The person who had initially confirmed my appointment on the phone and through email was NOT the person I had an appointment. The salesperson I was assigned to was NOT there when I arrived on time. The salesperson I was reassigned to didn't know much--not his fault because he wasn't expecting me. They told me about a comparable car they had, but it was on a test drive. I waited for that person to return and decide. After a long wait, where yet another salesperson tried to persuade me to buy a car I had said I didn't want, they told me the person had decided to buy that car on the test drive. I left. About an hour later they called to tell me that sale had fallen through--did I want to come back? Very frustrating.
