They got me in the next day! When I came in he said it'll be at least an hour! Expecting to sit for an hour, I settled in with a free bag of popcorn. It wasn't even an hour and I was headed home! Plus I feel very confident with them servicing my Toyota! AND they were $190 cheaper than the Toyota dealership.

Not yet. During my test drive, I noticed the door mirror control was broken. I gave them an offer contingent on the control being repaired: the control adjusts both mirrors. They haven't replied.

I was misled by this dealership. I bought a truck over the phone, as I lived two hours away and did not want to make a special trip just to look. I based my decision on the pictures on their web site and the mileage, which was stated as 116,XXX. When I was driving the truck home, I looked at the odometer and was surprised to see 135,8XX miles on it. The mileage on the "buy order" was listed as 177,776. These numbers are significantly different than the actual mileage and I may not have bought the truck had I known the truth.
