Test drove the car I came down to see about, just in the time it took me to go around the block it vibrated, then began knocking, then an overheating error began chiming. Clearly they don't look into these cars or even test drive them before placing them for sale.

Im not sure if they were aware of how rude they were to me in my search to find a car. When I was notified that there was another CR-V on its way back to the lot I contacted them by phone and was met with rude dialogue such as What do you want? What do you mean the cars back? and Im just trying to figure out what it is that you want from me. Very rude and disturbingly after I politely ended the call this man messaged me afterwards to further push the vehicle- without an apology for the rude way he handled his business. Needless to say I bought my car somewhere else. They have work to do concerning their customer service.
