"You or someone you know cut this" Which I am not even sure how you were going to cut one, nor why wouldn't there be more damage be done? Needless to say this will be the last car I ever lease from the insulting dealership.

one hour and 40 minutes later I drove out of the service department.
The cost was $78.69 (with a $15 dollar coupon). I live in Carol Stream and have to drive to Elmhurst for Kia service.
I can go down the street from my house, pay less and have an oil change in 15 minutes. Why 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change with an appointment?
