Lack of transparency. CHARLATANS. Main issue was how they represented the car. I traded text messages with Moe who claimed everything was up to date BUT could not produce an inspection report nor a reconditioning report. CarFax showed no evidence of consistent oil changes, plugs, and more importantly transmission service due at 70k miles. 1. The car is overpriced, some $2,785 over market. The C400 is 10.5 years old car with 100k miles, 4 owners, 1 key fob, 1 substantial accident, and outstanding maintenance. 2. Moe insults me by saying I can't afford the car. Come back when I can. NONSENSE. I ran the car with options at Edmunds and it was estimated with average condition at $15,585 factoring in options, accident history, condition, and maintenance due. He prays on people's lack of experience. 3. Based on my 25 years of car buying, there will be leaks on this car and it will likely need a full service assuming no cam adjuster, cam timing leaks. or transmission valve body problems. I have the service booklet something they did not count on. 4. The owner called and I left him a message. I never heard back. If they just flip cars to maximize profit. That's fine. Don't sell something that's it not. 5. Get a pre-purchase inspection or you will regret it. This dealer did everything possible to erode trust. LOT of Hubris. Big mouth. Small brain.

You have expressed concerns regarding potential deception, yet you have not visited our dealership or inspected the vehicle in person. Therefore, it is unclear how these assumptions about the vehicle's condition have been formed. We take great care to ensure that every vehicle we sell is of high quality and fully serviced. Additionally, we offer a 5-day or 400-mile warranty during which any issues will be addressed by our certified shop. Regarding the vehicle's price, as a business, we have the right to set prices based on the investments we make to prepare the car for sale. While we respect your right to leave reviews, we have noticed a pattern of numerous 1-star reviews at various reputable dealerships nationwide, such as Victory Chevrolet of Garnett (4.7 stars), Priority Lexus Virginia Beach (4.8 stars), and Secured Auto Group (4.8 stars). Given our consistent 5-star reviews, it raises the question of whether all these dealers are incorrect and you are correct. You left us a 1-star review on Google on July 15th, followed by another on Carfax on July 25th. This pattern suggests you may be attempting to use reviews as a negotiation tactic to secure a lower price. We hope this is not the case and that you find the vehicle that meets your needs.
