SINCE CARFAX REPORTS HAVE PROVEN TO ME THAT THER REPORTS ARENT GOOD, I HAVE TO CALL EVERYONE TO VERIFY ANY INFORMATION. MILLION MILE MOTORS, WHILE HAVING SOME VERY BAD REVIEWS, ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY NICE. DID I VISIT THEM? NO, THEY HAD NOTHING I WAS INTERESTED IN, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY HAVE NISSAN CARS WITH THE HORRIBLE (IF IT ISNT SERVICED CORRECTLY) CVT TRANSMISSION. NO THANKS.

They had an advertise price so I called and made an appointment for the next morning afterconfirming the price and the availability The next day they changed the price by almost $2000 and It would not honor the previous conversation the day before when making the appointment.

No one came to assist when I visited their location. I had an appointment, waited at least 30 minutes outside next to vehicle I was interested in. Then I walked inside building hoping to get someone. I was told everyone was busy.

Every vehicle on our lot is reconditioned and detailed before it is listed for sale; if a vehicle was not in show-ready condition at the time of your visit, that does not match our pre-sale process. We do not permit employees to use lot inventory as personal vehicles, and we do not have a policy or practice that allows children's items, personal effects, or personal contents to remain in any vehicle being shown to a customer; if any such items were present, the vehicle was either newly arrived from trade-in (pending detail) or there was a process failure on our end, and we want to investigate which. I did not get the impression that this dealership valued their cars or customers. I do understand that they specialize in used cars, but buyers still want a reliable car that is not going to be a money pit. I did not purchase a car from this dealership because the car that I was looking at had a very nice interior and the body looked good, but the interior light was being held up by duct tape. And the associate stated it was probably just cracked. Why not fix it? The air was also not working, that he stated could be fixed. That just made me feel like, what else could be fixed that was not. They also would not allow the car to be taken to the nearest model dealer for a pre purchase check. I would not ever advise purchasing a used car without a check.

Our standing policy expressly permits any prospective buyer to take a vehicle to the OEM brand dealer or any other independent mechanic for a Pre-Purchase Inspection prior to purchase, with a refundable hold on the vehicle. If you were told this was not allowed, that does not match our policy and we want to investigate which staff member declined the request and why. Regarding the interior light and the air conditioning: any vehicle on our lot that has a known issue at inspection is either repaired before sale or, if the issue is identified during a customer test drive, can be addressed as part of the deal at the customer's option. The associate's comments about the items being fixable were accurate; if you wanted them fixed prior to purchase, that should have been agreed and put in writing.
