The service was prompt It was for balance and alignment. I've not had the chance to go over 30 mph since the work, so I'm not sure of the quality, but I'm supposing that it's fine.

They rotated my tires in a directional pattern. I have a four wheel drive, without directional tires. So why was my tires rotated as being directional? Left grease prints all over my vehicle. They did not perform the courtesy check thats clearly advertised because I had a headlight out and a bad battery cable ( found out by Kia a week later) that wasnt mentioned to me at all.

It was the longest oil change of my life, an hour to change just the oil. Because, nothing else was done. Washer fluid EMPTY, tires that were marked green on the sheet one has a screw in it but hey thats apparently good to go at Midas.
