$113 is way to expensive to take out 1 stripped screw from a taillight and replace customer supplied bulb. The bulb still didn't light up but I was not aware until I got home.
The socket was corroded. I cleaned it out myself and now everything works. That was easily identifiable and should have been addressed. I was ripped off and will not go here again.

The package includes tire rotation but a tire rotation was not done. The front desk person stated it's based on tread depth and at their discretion. I wouldn't have selected that package if I didn't want the service.

Be wary when they ask if you want your engine air filter replaced. I did that in addition to an oil change and it added $49 to my bill. They charged me $21 for the filter and $28 for the 5 minutes it took to swap it out. So, if it's something small you can do yourself, don't have them do it! Even with a $20 off coupon, my total was over $105.
