I went there to look at a Honda . He was expected me and the car was being used for personal use by the salesman. It was not detailed and serviced. I will not be returning . Poor salesmanship

They called me back after I left a message. I had questions about the price and dealer fees. The woman hung up on me.

No haggling nor did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Staff address all of my questions and concerns about the vehicle and the car-buying process. No complaints. 10/10 would recommend!

by Robrt V. on 12/17/2022Verified Purchase
the vehicle i purchased is a used former police unit. it was clean and in the best condition possible. upon road test, I noticed a harsh clunk in the front end. not out of the ordinary for a vehicle like this. the sales staff was quick to determine that the sway bar links were shot. since I am a service technician, this is more than likely accurate. and staff reduced the advertised price accordingly. i have yet to jack and really shake down this vehicle. overall I am satisfied with the vehicle and transaction.my only complaint is that there is so much silicone rubbed all over the interior that it is difficult to stay in the seat or hold on to the steering wheel. i guess they think that the un natural good looks outshine the safety of occupants.
