I had a 7:30 appointment but arrived at 7am there were plenty of service reps there but the one I was supposed to meet with was running late and not going to arrive until 8:15 finally at 7:45 one of the other reps helped me. Unacceptable! Last time I had it serviced there and I arrived to pick it up they could not find my car for 30 minutes. Terrible service and outrageous prices. Will not be going back.

Sean was excellent he helped us out quite a bit. Answered all questions thoroughly. Before him was Jeff and he was great as well. I believe he got promoted but Sean fills his shoes well. Had my loaner waiting and didn't waste any time. The car however has had an issue which hasn't been resolved but he has done an amazing job to keep us on the road and is working on fixing it!

Service adviser was good, but recall info did not mention that changes would not kick in till 2500 miles were driven, and smog would not pass till change kicked in. So I had to have a smog test there or reschedule the upgrade. Smog test at Mercedes cost 142.00 vs 80.00 ave at other locations. Just seemed like recall should have been clearer.

I feel like customer service and politeness is a thing of the past. I've owned 8 MB cars since 2005. Customer Service has definitely gone by the wayside. As far as the actual car service, it is what it is. I am forced to choose if I recommend this service shop. I really don't have an opinion. Like I said, MB service has declined so much in 20 years. Still love the brand, service....not so much. So my "yes" response really is mute.

These guys will tell you anything to get a sale then when you buy well they refuse to call you back! The service managers voicemail box is full and you can't leave a message! When you get ahold of someone they say I have him call you right away, well it's been over a mknth I have left several messages with live people and no call back! These guys are snakes!!! I wish I had never gone there!

Very little and ineffective after purchase followup. I still cannot setup my online services with MB because the dealership has not released the car's digital "ownership" from a previous owner. They never contacted me to assist with the digital services the car provides- tried three times to get assistance with this. They seemed very helpful but don't follow through.

Outside was clean. Clearly wasn't detailed thoroughly on inside. Dust in vents for example. And also, as soon as I drove away light was on for washer fluid low. As well as light immediately came on saying oil change due.
