Fantastic job replacing my windshield. Excellent communication from David. Disappointment that my car wasn't washed before it was returned to me. It was clean when I dropped it off. It was obviously left outside for an extended time because it was covered in pollen and dried rain droplets. Picking up a clean car is one of the perks we expect as a Mercedes customer.

Usually love this place! However I took my car in because the light saiid " power steering malfunction " at random times! I got stuck at several places because my steering wheel wouldn't turn! We left it there for 3 days. We got a call saying they couldn't find anything wrong. Two days later it started again the light came on when I started the car and the power steering would budge. Not happy.

Appointment was great, they fit me in and did the work quickly. It wasnt until i arrived that things went wrong. Will never go back to a place that treats someone like that. I fortunately have the ability to purchase another car and so will be selling this mercedes so i never have to go back

I appreciate that Mercedes-Benz of Plano efficiently completed the necessary repairs on my vehicle, including a thorough wash that left my car looking clean. However, I was disappointed that they overlooked my specific instruction to adjust the tire air pressure to the manufacturer's recommended levels, as they failed to provide this service as requested.

Disgustingly overpriced, and they were just making stuff up. For instance, they quoted us a job and marked it as "critical", then when we asked about it, they said it was for "preventative care". How is it critical and preventative. Also said we needed a full Service C job done for nearly $2k one week after we got a Service C done on our car. Quoted us $31k in total.

Team @ Mercedes carried out all the service needed & fluid top up as part of the visit.
When we enquired about our next service time-frames we didn't get a clear picture as the Mercedes website stated different periods in comparison to when the alert dash was setup.

I really appreciate the service department here especially my service advisor Sabrina. They always take the time to clearly explain what my car needs now versus what can wait, which makes it easy to understand and plan ahead. It's rare to find a place that feels this straightforward and honest. I'm not saying the prices are exactly "cheap," because it is Mercedes, but I do feel like I'm getting solid, trustworthy service every time.

The service report findings didn't match the verbal report told to me by the service rep. I also paid to have a bent rim repaired on my previous visit. Mercedes told met that the same rim is still bent when they "supposedly" repaired it last time!
