Had an appointment at 11:30 to program a new key fob. They took my van and disappeared for 4 hours. I had already had a similar experience there last year and swore I would never go back but that was the only place that I could get a new key fob. Baring loosing another key, I will never set foot in there again!!!

The vehicle was taken in due to the cup holder malfunction. A replacement was ordered. However the cover was not the same color as the original. Instead of using the original cover which was in perfect condition it was discarded, and cannot be found! The only issue with the cup holder was the mechanical function, and not the cover. To me that is totally unacceptable!!!
