Lizzy answered the phone and I primarily dealt with her over the next 2-3 days. She went over the 2009 Toyota Sienna in detail. I purchased the vehicle "as is". The dealer offers a no charge 1 year in house warranty on the drive train and engine but I recognize that I am not going to drive two hours to get a repair. Lizzy offered to print off the Car Fax report but I had done that before I walked in.

Not good. These people lied about what was wrong with the car. I gave them money to hold the car and they promise me my refund. Now they won't give me my money back nor do I have a car. They are scammers. This is unethical they need to be shut down.

Highly do NOT recommend! I strongly suggest not using this dealer. Vehicle was in decent condition but only because I knew what to check and did my due diligence. They try to used car salesman you to death. Then comes the paperwork. We agreed to a price including taxes, hard tags, title and processing fee. They put 30 day tags on the vehicle insisting that the hard tags would be mailed to me. Well, come two weeks later and the title finally shipped no tags. I called the dealership and they insist no tags were purchased and no taxes were paid on the vehicle. The salesman said multiple time youre good bro, youre good, no worries its all good. Which tells you who you are dealing with right there. Now they wont return phone calls or text messages.
If you must buy from them, Id still say dont, but if you must, make sure you do all of your dealings before taxes and tags and just take the title to the dmv and do your own taxes and tags. Again if I wasnt clear I highly suggest buying a car somewhere else.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! NO STARS!!
Very unprofessional place of business!! They took advantage of me while being pregnant (having my baby in 12 days and needed something more spacious). I put $1000 down and 2 days after I left the lot, the check engine light came on, the tire pressure light, change oil light, no washer fluid and the key fob was broken. The dealership is 40 minutes from my house and it was hard for me to get there during the week because I work 9-6! All they cared about was if I went over my contract with the bank so they could get their money instead of making sure their customer had something reliable first! Frank and his wife both argued with me and belittled me! They made me feel so low because my credit is not perfect and made it seem like thats the reason I got put in a lemon!!! Frank called my parents and I you people (Im black) and told me that I had to either let them fix it or walk away without getting my deposit back!! I had no choice at this point but to let them fix it but took it to the manufacture first only to be told that the vehicle is not worth keeping! I went back to the dealership and brought my family each time because I was that afraid. I left in tears on one occasion because the experience was just so draining and overwhelming. I ended up letting them make repairs and they told me to come back in a few days but was not given a loaner vehicle after I was promised one!! When I came back, the vehicle was NOT repaired and it seemed they had only turned the engine light off!!! Everything else was still on and they tried to make repairs while I was there. 2 hours later I left with the tire pressure light still on and no key fob (the fob was very much needed as I have a 3 year old and I am about to have my 2nd child in 12 days)!! As I left the lot, the engine light came right back on and I was forced to make a u turn. They attempted to check the codes again and make repairs while we were still in the vehicle!! At this point I was DONE and just couldnt deal with this any longer. I got out of the vehicle and transported my son and all of my belongings into my dads car. I told them to keep the vehicle and called the bank to cancel the loan! They tried to talk me into another vehicle at this point or that they would like to drop the vehicle off to me after repairs were done. Where was this customer service all along?!! No thank you but Im DONE! I am out of my $1000 deposit I gave them but just couldnt proceed with these scammers!! There was also an older gentleman there who had on a t shirt that said DO NOT BUY HERE, RIP OFF! Frank cursed at him and the older gentleman punched him. They fought for a few seconds and the gentleman got in his lemon and was then surrounded by all of the men who worked at the dealership!! They are so unprofessional and should have their dealer license taken away and closed down!!!!
