Mark was responsive and professional - he was friendly, informative, and we appreciated being free to examine the cars we were interested in without pressure. We easily set an appointment, and the cars were ready for us when we arrived. Mark went above and beyond when we noticed an issue with the car and approached our questions with courtesy, honesty, and transparency. He and Max negotiated with us for a fair price. We learned the owner, Max, has a repair shop, and the vehicles are either those they've repaired or consignment vehicles. Just helpful to know. The only downside is that their lot is small and on a busy street, so it can be difficult to navigate. Mark had the vehicles ready for us to view and drive when we arrived, and helped us as we left with our current and new car, even though another customer arrived. Honestly, a better experience than we've had at most franchise dealers through the years - and we've owned a lot of cars.

Terrible experience. Small lot packed with cars and a wreck of a building. I was shocked. Car offered had been totaled, which they disclosed, but offered at rather high price. Complete waste of time.
