They were ready for me when I arrived and gave me the keys to test drive the car. I liked the simplicity of giving them my driver's license and getting in the car without a lot of fanfare about how great they are. I negotiated the price of the trade and the car. Found an acceptable compromise, gave them a deposit and came back with a cashier's check and left.

They were simply terrible. There were other obvious lies that they tried to sell me. But this is one example:I made a made an appointment to see the car. I showed up to look at it and they were still cleaning it out so I had to wait for it. When they brought it out, it smelled like burning rubber. The salesman said that was just something they used to take the smell out of the car from the previous owner! That sales person actually said he didn't mind the smell of other owners.Very shady place. I also see the car still hasn't been sold.

I went to look at a truck that was there, no one came out to greet me, not a big deal I'd much rather look by myself. After I found it was most definitely rusted, I no longer had interest. Someone emailed me and asked if I wanted to take a look at it, I said no because I found rust. Their reply was very short and rude, "There's no rust on this truck.." I just said, "Okay thank you." left it at that, I'm not going to argue in an email. Then the next day someone else emailed me asking if I wanted to come look at the truck, to which I responded, "no thank you I'm no longer interested" they replied, "okay". Just seemed very rude over emails, not that you can express much emotion in texts but still.
