The dealer rep scheduled a test drive for me at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. I arrived for the test drive about 5 minutes early. No one greeted me... ever. The lobby was deserted. There were people in offices, but no one was interested in speaking with me. No one came out to speak with me as I looked at the car in the lot. I left without my test drive, obviously.
