The service at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains is always top notch. Very little pressure to purchase add-ons ( I guess when you sell a good product there's no need for strong-arm tactics); however, they do try to convince you to purchase their Extended Warranty Plans by offering a discount. We worked with Shavaune who was the consummate professional.

The vehicle I was interested in was sold the morning before I was able to put down a hold deposit. However Tim was extremely pleasant to work with and even responded politely when I asked a specific question about the car I missed (had to do with the wheels). A few days after the car I was interested in was sold, it still popped up on one of Carfax. On the outside chance the previous deal fell through I called the dealership. Jason answered and very politely told me he was sorry I missed the vehicle and the on line ad doesn't get removed until the purchaser drives off the lot. Again very polite and helpful in this situation where he has no chance of making a sale. I wish more dealers were like this. It not only were the sales folks polite and helpful, returning calls etc. Bur I personally believe the characteristics of the owner in this case trickles down to the personnel.

I left an e-mail concerning a 2017 Lexus LS 460 and made it clear I would like to communicate via e-mail. I was also looking at a different LS vehicle at another dealership that had a different color interior.
