Completely satisfied! I called and spoke to a gentleman that explained my transmission to me and what service I needed. I made the appointment, dropped my truck off the night before and picked it up the next afternoon. I will definitely be going back for my next service!

Repair was in the time frame agreed to, and estimate was "on the money" also. Clear instructions received after the repair regarding the the transmission's possible behavior during the first few miles,and scheduling of a "check-up" visit in two weeks to allow the techs to confirm that the replacement was a success. Clear information and paperwork regarding the warranty coverage. Honest people, and can't ask for a better repair experience. Kim

This visit was for my 2014 Dodge Ram Pro Master Van, which had a "Service Engine Light" that was coded to it's transmission. Rebecca got it scheduled, and also got me a ride home afterward, AND sent a young man to come and get me when the van was ready!
