The salesperson Daniel is the only bright spot. The rest are not concerned once you leave the lot. My car needed new brakes and rotors within 2 weeks of buying and dealership won't help or cover the repair. But they required the car I traded to be in mint condition for the value we negotiated. Paperwork was not processed correctly or timely and nobody takes accountability.

I had a truly positive experience with my salespersonprofessional, helpful, and courteous throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the finance and management teams. I prearranged everything in advance and drove over 1.5 hours to finalize the deal, with a very tight window since I had to pick up my child in another state. I was repeatedly assured that we would be wrapped up by a specific time. Once I arrived, I was told I was "next," then "just ten more minutes," only for the clock to run out with no updateuntil five minutes before I had to leave, I was told the system was down and there was no timeline for when it would be working again. I ended up sitting there for over an hour, unable to complete the purchase and ultimately had to leave empty-handed. What made it worse was that management never addressed the delay or apologized directlythey sent the sales team to deliver the news instead. It was incredibly disappointing after what started out as a smooth experience. I hope the dealership re-evaluates how they communicate with customers, especially those who plan ahead and travel a long distance.
