Don't really communicate very well.Was looking for a very specific vehicle. I inquired about one that matched exactly what I was looking for and was told it was available. I had a few questions but ultimately was ready to put a deposit down. They told me they'd get back to me ASAP. 2 days later I called them and they said "Oops we sold that car. How do you feel about a different one?"

Salesperson was young but eager to help me decide. When we noticed something on the test drive he tried hard to find the answer for me. However when he drove the car he was texting and FaceTime with another colleague at another dealership to help. Then drove a little too recklessly back to the dealership because I think he was late for an appt. Never got one follow-up call.

My experience was horrible I will never recommend. Was promised for my vehicle to be delivered and excuse after excuse. Had to drive the 2 hours with a infant which is not ideal. Once you decide to actually buy vehicle they don't care about you. They have no process. After working in dealerships for years, this was the worse by FAR. SAVE YOUR TIME DONT GO

Absolutely Awful Experience Stay Far Away My wife and I had a terrible experience at this dealership. We scheduled an appointment to see a specific vehicle, and were told it was ready. When we arrived, not only were we not greeted, but we were left standing outside in the heat while staff claimed they couldn't find the vehicle. No one invited us insidewe had to walk in on our own just to get out of the sun. After some time, they suddenly claimed the car was available, but that a porter had driven home with the keys. When I asked if we could at least look at the vehicle in the meantime, the story changed againthey said it was "down the road getting emissions." At this point, after over 45 minutes of conflicting stories and no vehicle, we asked if something was wrong with the car and offered to return another time. That's when Elliott Davis, the Sales Manager, became aggressive and confrontational. He bullied us for even suggesting the car might have issues, and shockingly used the term "reta**ed" multiple times in reference to our questions. It was offensive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. When we finally got to see the car, I hooked up my scan toolinitially, there was no live data, as if the system had just been wiped. After a test drive, I scanned it again and found multiple error codes. Clearly, this dealership was trying to hide issues with the vehicle. To make matters worse, when I asked if they'd offer a better price given the problems, they handed me a quote that was over $1,600 higher than the online pricenot including dealer fees, taxes, or title. This place is dishonest, unprofessional, and flat-out disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
