They sold me a car with a "clean" Carfax but the car has 2 bent rims (which the refused to fix) and a broken strut. The finance manager drove the car himself and convinced me that the noise I was concerned about a flat spot in the tire. Now I'm stuck with the cost of repairing it ALL!!! Worst car buying experience I've EVER had!!!!

They used deceptive ad tactics and bait and switch when we discussed a specific car on phone and in person which they made differing excuses why the car wasn't there and pushed hard to get me to look at other vehicles instead. My friend called, emailed and visited in person regard the same car to THE SAME salesman 3 days later and had the same bait and switch response.

My husband and I were lied to about a couple of things that we found out about after we purchased the vehicle. It didn't have one of the options that I specifically had asked about. I was told that it did in fact have the option. Also, there's a noise under the vehicle that sounds like the muffler is coming off. The salesman was super nice however didn't tell us the truth about a couple of things on the vehicle.

Extremely POOR. I was never called as promised the following morning. I was prepared to buy a car cash but after reading reviews decided to look elsewhere. 3 out of the 4 comments for this dealership were bait and switch complaints and I feel this is exactly what was happening to me. The car majestically "sold" although no photos were ever released. I ran the VIN provided and details were completely off. Thanks for saving me time AND $$!

I asked questions about a car and never received a response. I had an appointment to look at the car the sale lady did not confirm that the car was there. She first told me the car was in the shop getting rims repaired. When I was leaving to look at the car I called the dealership and was told the car sold that morning. If I didn't call them I would have wasted my time driving there for no reason. Therefore, I had terrible customer service and will purchase a vehicle elsewhere.
