Setup an appointment to drive a charger at 11am. I arrived at 10:45 but the car wasn't there. They said I could take a seat and wait then I heard nothing for the next 50 minutes. I let them know I had other cars to look at but I would come back after. Never heard a word again from anyone there. Couldn't pay me to purchase a car from this place. Garbage sales people. The detailer was the only helpful person there.

Poor experience with sales. I've contacted Kevin Ford Auto twice about purchasing a used Mercedes. The 1st interaction was via text. The salesperson struct me as young and inexperienced resorting to superficial tactics. Concerns how they can demand too of range without proving condition was the issue. I contacted them a second time. Aaron the GM called. He stated he would address my concerns. I never heard back from him either. I saw no evidence that they inspected this car or did any reconditioning. Shouldn't a buyer feel comfortable in what they are buying? Although they are responsive with inquiries, Kevin Ford did not furnish any info relative to condition. I examined the CarFax report. It showed no info of an inspection or any work performed. I saw no mention of it passing a safety inspection either. My conclusion is they flip used cars to maximize profit. Very disappointing from an OEM Ford dealer.
