The service was completed but took longer than expected due to the fact they didn't have the tires I requested. I used their online option to make the appointment and request the tires and apparently it is better to call to ensure they have or get the tires before your appointment.

Zero communication, no calls with estimated cost, repair took way to long, vehicle wasn't repaired correctly. Zero chance of ever returning to that shop.

Great people working hard to keep your vehicle running. They ordered my tires and tried to work with my outside tire/wheel warranty to pay for my damaged tires. They tried but it wasn't their fault, it was the company I bought my warranty through.

Absolutely perfect! Jonathan worked around my work schedule to repair my tire, and the service was amazing! That's why I bought my tires and my daughter's tires from Towery's, and our next set will be bought there, too. My favorite place for new tires, and tire maintenance

I was quoted a lower priced tire then picked it up and they put on the more expensive. I questioned and they feigned like they forgot. Then they said oh well will give you 10% off. They difference was $100
