I delivered my truck at 8am as per my appointment. I called the service department at 2:30pm to check when the work might be finished. The service representative told me the mechanic was about to pull the truck into the service bay to start the work. When I asked when it would be finished she said sometime the following day. When I followed up the following day she told me it would be finished by 11am. In a follow up call she told me at the end of the day due to the mechanic had no instructions for the lights. I told her he could them on the Baja Designs website, she said he tried to find them and couldn't. I myself went to the website, found them and emailed them to her. She then informed me the instructions were not for my year truck. I then called Baja Designs and they confirmed the instructions were for my year truck. I also ask them how long the typical dealer would need to install the light package and they said typically 1 day. When I did pickup the truck 3 days later the work was not completed as I had asked to have it done, and the interior smelled of motor oil leading me to believe the mechanic did not take the proper sets to keep the interior clean.

I dropped my truck off at 8:15am. They said they would call me with a quote. I called them at 1:00pm. They did not know whether it had been back in the shop yet. She put me on hold. After 20 minutes on hold, I called back. She was just working on a quote. She proceeded in telling me my brakes were at 30%. I never asked anything but oil leak and tail light. It seemed like to me they were trying to up-sell me. Anyways I had to schedule another appt because they had to order every part. But I got charged $250 for diagnosis. I can't help but think it they had the parts in stock and were able to fix my truck if I would have been charged the diagnosis fee.

not very helpful and accommodating to my needs. overcharged me on my oil change. i lived in Park City, Utah for 18yrs and always had my vans serviced at the local ford dealership. they always showed me great customer service and was always helpful with my needs. The Hailey dealership was the total opposite. I spent two hours sitting in the waiting room to get an oil change done with a 930am appointment. Very Disappointing with the service and the customer service.
