Joshua motor car was very honest and upfront about everything going on with my trade in and gave me an amazing deal for my trade it that made it impossible to refuse. And also worked with me on the price of the vehicle I bought. 10/10 would recommend going here for your next car these are honest and good people. Ask for kelvin when you get there!

I'm hoping to get there and test drive this vehicle. My schedule is extremely busy at the moment, but I'm really looking forward to seeing the car
by Joshua Blum on 02/12/2025
Michael, Thank you very much for this review, and we appreciate the 4 stars, however at JMCC we strive for 5 star service. If you do come visit our dealership I am certain that we would be able to earn your 5th star. If you see our google reviews, you can see how our customers feel about us. I must say I'm not sure why the decision to leave 4 stars before coming in was submitted, nonetheless please give us a call at 856-303-7680 to schedule a time to come to the dealership or visit our website at jmccauto.com. We hope that we get to meet you in person and earn that 5 star review!!

Courteous email response! The car on the net said it was available! When I inquired they said it was not available!
by Joshua Blum on 02/16/2021
Thank you for your kind review. We apologize that the vehicle you were interested in is no longer available. Sometimes when we delete the vehicle from our system, it does not immediately remove them from our third party sites like Carfax in this case. We strive for a 5 star service with every one of our customers, and we are sorry that we did not meet this expectation for you. If there is anything we can do to continue to earn your business please let us know!

The dealership is AMAZING in every way. If you need a car. Please go see them. They have wonderful super clean vehicles. The staff is amazing from the ownership, (thank you Joshua) to the salesforce, (Manny and Stan), to the financing. They truly earn your business. Professional, courteous and the vibe is positive and fun in the showroom. They make your purchasing experience so stress free. You will not make a mistake going there. Don't walk.. Run and get your new car from Joshua Motors!!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!! Solid dealership!!!

Kind staff, but there was large tear in the upholstery that was not pictured in online listings
by Joshua Blum on 12/16/2024
Alison, thank you very much for your kind words about our dealership and we greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. In regards to your comment regarding the "large tear" in the seat, yes there was at one point a tear along the seam of the front drivers seat, which has since been repaired. The photos of the repaired seat are clearly visible in the vehicle listing photos. I can guarantee that we do not hide any blemishes on our vehicles, they are used vehicles and not every one is perfect. If your decision to not purchase this vehicle was based solely on a repaired stitch on the seat, I would have welcomed that conversation at the time. I would welcome you back to the dealership any time and would love the opportunity to earn your business.
