Great experience with LOF and software update. My first time there after moving--turned out I didn't need the software update. Customer waiting area is the best -- literally has Central Dairy ice cream in the school cafeteria cups with wooden spoons. Work was done quickly, reasonable price, great communication throughout as to status.

I've never had a problem with the Hyundai dealer. I had to have my car towed into the Hyundai dealer because I could not get my key to go into the ignition. The mechanics get their update on security system app applied glue on this unit. We need more information check with Mark. He knows what happened. So I didn't get my car. It wasn't ready until Tuesday and I picked it up yesterday on Wednesday.

Both Aaron (Sales) and Sydney (Service) worked to rectify two failed components from the Certified Pre-owned program. They spent time and effort to "make it right" at no charge. I have to drive 15 miles farther to go to Joe Machens Hyundai, but they convinced me it's worth it.

They had trouble with doing the rotors but they did the right thing and replaced them when they couldn't get their machine to work properly. Though I didn't like spending the entire day there they drove me to my doctor appointment, picked me back up and then when it could't get done that day they finished it the next day and picked me up at home. Great job!

I'm always able to get a service appointment that works in my schedule, can drive right up to the door in a covered area, and am greeted when I arrive. The amenities offered are nice, waiting area is comfortable and doesn't feel crowded. The service is quick and thorough. They even have coupons (mailed or online) that help you save a few bucks.

Got my driver's side, passenger window switch fixed under extended warranty plan, and my clutch oil changed. Fast in and out and got a free car wash coupon. Complimentary snacks are well stocked as are the drinks in the fridge. Expensive but thorough and always fun to look at the good selection of vehicles available on the lots.

Dropped my car off on a Thursday and did not get it back until Monday. Just was getting and oil change and inquire about a noise I was hearing. Also, the internet stated that they close on Saturday at 230 but was told by to employees that the service department closes at 200 and they at 2 so they couldn't wait for me 15 minutes (I would have arrived at 215 to come get a rental car. I missed a day of work.
