I inquired about a vehicle I had seen on the dealership website, called the dealership provided information that was required and I had all ready approved for the loan to purchase vehicle but for some reason the salesman would not work with me on this. I was given the run around as to why he couldn't due to wanting to re run my credit which had already been done through the financial institution that I had chosen. I really was out done because I have purchased 2 prior vehicles from jim taylor, one 2019 ford and a 2016 Chevrolet so I could not understand why it was a big hassle. I was so disappointed in how this was handled so I moved on to another dealership.
