Had a massive coolant leak from the heater core. Upfront estimate was exactly what I paid. Additionally, since much of the coolant leaked into the car on the driver's side, they took the time to clean the floor mats and the carpeting, which I really appreciated. Very professional, expert staff.

Great place to take your car for service. Beware though that payment by credit card will incur an additional 3 percent charge on top of your total bill. To eliminate that charge, pay with either a debit card or a Goodyear credit card. There is only a small note on a separate counter
describing this charge and the staff do not discuss or disclose this charge when presenting you with your bill.

Nowadays they are going under Heartland Tire name.
I was there for snow tires installation. The whole experience was excellent. I brought my own tires/wheels/TPMS sensors. Heartland Tire did everything as I instructed, no complaints. They put my summer tires+wheels in bags and placed them in my car. Pricing is fair. Highly recommended.

Paid for tires through Veterans Services that were purchased from this vendor. Was not asked if I hadany special installation needs (road hazard, warranties).No explanation of what I was paying for even after asking. Because I paid through the VA (a lot less than the stores rates) I wasn't worth their time.
