This is truly my favorite location. Zack is an amazing tech. He manages the shop and makes a point to remember his returning customers and always gives unbiased advice about additional services. I've never had anything but great experiences with him and his team. This is the only location I will go to!

They apparently no longer do "grease jobs". they are unable to service any parts that normally take grease. they were unable to check my differential also because "could not get the plug out".

Though everything is worked on properly... (the car); there is a group of persons, or groups of persons, causing, and arranging harm to my family in my neighborhood: violently. In the area of the Carlisle Village Gatewater Drive and Jason Boulevard area Monticello, MN. Not to happy about it, and it seems to somewhat have socially spilled into the social circles of the employees there; possibly. I am hoping for all of that stopped and our lives back together at this point, as I am helped illegally away from my circumstances and feel as though my wife and child are being used as hostages of intent. It has been going on for about 4 years now, technically more. with little or less direct help from the state authorities than would I have preferred throughout. Thank you for any legally acceptable help you can provide.
