Filthy dirty no attention to detail 50 minute drive to find a filthy dirty car. I couldn't even tell what color it was. Front was damaged back was damaged no disclosure on Photos about its condition not honest.

Extremely unprofessional communication and customer service. I reached out regarding a vehicle I had been in search of for weeks. Asked if they were open to offers, they said they were. I sent an offer, they said actually they'd like sticker price after all, fine. I said I would need to consider. This conversation had to take place over 2 days because the communication was that poor right off. I reached back after the weekend and said I had reconsidered- no response. I spent the next literal 5 days calling every afternoon, providing my name, number, email, and being told they'd get back to me. Every day Monday til Friday I'd call, every day I'd get the same response. I told them I'm very serious about this car, I want it, please don't sell it out from under me. Didn't ask for holds or anything, I wanted to purchase it. Kept being told their salesman were busy and this or that. You'd think they'd want to make a sale but instead seem determined to drive away your business. On Friday day 5, I said look, I'm in the market for this car, I'm not window shopping, I'd like to move forward. Literally on that phone call I was told "the car is being sold right now as we speak.. it's gone. Sorry" If that's not the most absurdly infuriating experience I don't know what is. There's no possible way I can recommend this business after how they handled these dealings or lack thereof. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went for a scheduled appointment. The gentleman was not even there. It was his day off. Why would you schedule an appointment with someone on your day off? Went for a test drive with another sales associate. He knew very little about the car. Did finance paperwork. They never called me to tell me anything. I could have adjusted the down payment. Whatever. Even purchased with cash. Never called me. They clearly don't want to sell anything! Don't bother!!! They sure don't!

Ben contacted me within 24 hours of my putting in an inquiry stating that they would have a RAV4 available in the next few days. As soon as it became available, I went to the Auto Outlet to purchase the vehicle. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to work with me! Because of their 30 Day/1,000 mile warranty I called Ben a few days later when some issues popped up that seemed important and he had me bring the vehicle back in so they could get everything figured out. Even though there was a rocky start with my vehicle, everything was rectified and it runs like a dream now! Would recommend doing business with them.
