The car was not ready for presentation and had several things wrong with it. Upon discussing these with the sales, they took forever and kept me waiting for answers, all the while keeping my keys. They lowballed my trade in, almost derisorily. When I asked for my key, they immediately came up with a much better off, but by that time, I had decided not to do business there.
