Adrian the service advisor and the technician were very helpful getting my daughter back on the road safely and in a timely manner. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. Adrian even followed up with me the next day to make sure she made the 12 hour drive home safely, now that is customer service :) Thank you again, we really appreciate everything you did for us!

My service tech was exceedingly difficult to reach. They said the oil was thick an d sludge. I needed a new engine 18k I took it to a legit ase mechanic. He flushed it and fixed it no need for a new engine. So I would never use this dealer or service center again. They even billed me 350 for there incompetence Shame on them

Communication of status of vehicle repair is poor at best. I had to call in multiple times to get a status of my repair. They are poor at estimating repair timelines. When I got the vehicle back is was not washed and there was only a quarter charge on the vehicle.

Very poor communication, not organized. Advisors said one thing and shop specialists said another in terms of timing of repair. Unable to call the dealer very often get stuck in choosing extensions and end up never speaking to anyone and unable to leave messages. Offered to do a quote for a sale of my car, no one ever followed up with me.

I always feel like the service people at Hunt Valley Land Rover are honest and trustworthy. The mechanics are well trained and I never have to worry about the repairs or service performed on my vehicle. Dealer service centers tend to be a little more expensive than independent repair shops but they specialize in the vehicles they service and use genuine parts. In my opinion it is worthwhile for Hunt Valley Land Rover to take care of my LR4.

Hunt valley Land Rover service has your vehicles best interest at heart. They picked up my vehicle at my home on time as scheduled and delivered it back as scheduled. While in the shop, they also looked at a few other items they noticed, and took care of them to ensure my vehicle stayed running perfectly I feel by them pointing out a few small items that would definitely turn into bigger more costly repairs down the road they are doing their proactive duty, while my vehicle was in their shop. They will be my go to shop for all my Land Rover needs sales and service.
