I put in a request to 3 dealers, that were open Saturday, only one of the 3 contacted me, you see I needed a vehicle right away and Jacks didn't call me until the following Monday, I explained I had already purchased a vehicle on Saturday, I would have liked to be contacted on Saturday since they were open and they failed to contact me on the day requested, I liked the vehicle they had at Jacks, but I liked the vehicle I purchased even more, who knows I may have purchased the vehicle at Jacks if they would of contacted me sooner Thank you!
